本品不含防腐劑開封後需冷藏,素食可用。

【豆酥作法一】

豆酥鱈魚

  • 將海鮮、豆腐、蔬菜等徵或燙熟後,另取適量本醬炒至酥黃淋上即可食用

  • 本醬可變化方便可口的:豆酥魚、牛排、豬排、雞排、四季豆、高麗菜、蘆筍、炒飯等

  • 材料: 薑、蒜末、香油少許、沙拉油、辣豆瓣醬、碎豆酥適量、糖、味精、酒、蔥花、鱈魚一片。

  • 作法:

  1.  鱈魚先蒸或煮熟備用 (蒸魚不可放鹽)

  2. 熱鍋下油,薑、蒜末、辣豆瓣少許一起爆香

  3. 下豆酥及其他調味料,用中火炒至酥香

  4. 淋在已蒸熟的魚上面,灑上蔥花即可。

  • 備註: 本碎豆酥可作多項菜式如豆腐、蚵、蝦、蟹、乾扁四季豆、炒飯等。炒豆酥不可放鹽、醬油、油要重一點、如要炒飯得先薑豆酥炒好濾去油。
